Mind Movers is a preschool academic enrichment program that will help your child build skills for Kindergarten and beyond. In this introduction to STEM and literacy, your child will build creative problem solving and critical thinking skills through fun, hands-on activities.
This program includes activities in science, literacy, math and art. We also build fine and large motor skills, listening skills, and collaboration with others. Our philosophy is that children learn best when doing, so all our activities are hands-on and exploratory. Through exploratory learning, we can differentiate our projects to meet the learning needs of each child at his or her own individual level.
Registration requires a nonrefundable $100 deposit per class per child. Class balance will be due on June 15. You will receive an invoice by email.

Children will build creative problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration as they explore. Each day will have a different curriculum; sign up for 1, 2, or 3 days.
Mind Movers Art & Cooking (Thursdays)
With a strong focus on math and science, curious kids will explore through art and cooking. Chemical reactions, scientific experiments, measuring, fractions, color mixing, and geometry are just some of the STEM topics included in our art and cooking explorations. (Noggin Builders does not use any food containing nuts; please call to discuss other food allergies)
Mind Movers Specialty (Fridays)
Jr. Builders (Fall) – Build a tower, a road, a town and your own creations, too. Test the strength of materials, experiment with balance, and work together to create community building projects.
Amazing Animals (Winter) – Explore the habitats of the world! From oceans to deserts, rivers to rainforests, we’ll learn about the animals who live in these habitats, what makes them unique, and how they survive. This class has a strong focus on literacy and biological sciences and may include live animal experiences.
Time Travelers (Spring) – Journey with the Time Travelers to make a suit of armor in medieval times while exploring types of materials, travel to the Wild West and practice measuring skills to create a pen for livestock; or collaborate with paleontologists while traveling to the time of dinosaurs. This class has STEM, literacy and dramatic components.
